Looking for a single room in Kingsbury, VIC

G'day all, Planning ahead a bit here – I'm transferring to La Trobe for mid-year 2027 (Semester 2) to finish my Bachelor of Sport Science. Looking for a room in a share house around Kingsbury / Bundoora. - own room, happy to share the bathroom - budget about $220 pw - I've got a car so off-street parking would be good - just me, no pets I play local footy on weekends, otherwise pretty chill. I'm in Melbourne a fair bit before then so can come and inspect. Cheers!
