What we are

HomiesAbroad is a place to post and browse student-housing listings and to message people about them. We are a publisher and information service, not a broker or agent. We take no part in, and no cut of, any rental. Every agreement is directly between you and the other party.

Your responsibilities

Post accurate information, treat others respectfully, and follow the law. Do not post content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, or that you do not have the right to share.

We do not verify ownership of any listing. Never send money before a video tour and a signed lease.

Content and removal

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us permission to display it. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law, and we respond to valid content-removal and copyright requests.
