Our rule

Listings and messages must not express a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, family status, disability, or any other class protected where you are.

Our structured filters and alerts are built to exclude person-characteristics by design. They use only property facts and conduct rules: region, budget, dates, room and property type, amenities, smoking, pets, parking, and similar.

Shared-living note

People choosing who to share a home with may express compatibility preferences in free text. Those preferences are never turned into structured filters, and content that crosses into unlawful discrimination will be removed.
