Looking for a single room in Los Angeles, CA

Started fall at UCLA and the place I lined up fell through, so I'm couch surfing rn. Looking for my own room, ideally with my own bathroom, in Westwood, Palms or Sawtelle. I have a car so I'd need a parking spot or easy street parking. Budget up to $1750. pretty easygoing, I'm usually at the gym or out with friends
