Private room near Cornell, veg kitchen

I live in a 3BR house just 10 min walk from Cornell campus. Private room is furnished with AC and shares a bathroom. Kitchen is veg-only (no meat/eggs). Looking for a clean, respectful roommate who respects the kitchen rules. No smoking, no pets.
