Looking for a single room in Jersey City, NJ

Starting at Wagner in January and trying to sort housing before the holidays. Looking at Jersey City since the PATH makes it easy to get to the Village — Grove St or Newport area ideally. Private room, fine sharing a bathroom, budget about $1450. Non-smoker, 23, low-key.
