Looking for a single room in Ottawa, ON

Hello everyone, I'm trying to find a room in Ottawa starting November 17. About me: - working full time (Mon-Fri, office in Nepean) - non-smoker, don't drink much - I have a car so parking would be a big plus - clean and easygoing Budget is around $1000 including utilities. Close to Baseline station or anywhere in the west end works. My current lease ends mid November so the timing is a bit fixed. Please send me a message if you have something, thanks!
