Looking for a single room in Arlington, TX

Hey! My lease at my current complex is up in December and I'm not renewing, so I'm looking for a private bedroom somewhere in Arlington. I have a car so I don't have to be right by campus, but under 15 min would be nice since I have early clinicals. Non-smoker, pretty tidy, mostly at the hospital or the library. Budget is around $800.
