Looking for a single room in Hamilton, Waikato

Hi everyone, I will be coming to Hamilton for my postgraduate studies at Wintec in July 2027 and trying to sort accommodation early. I am looking for a private room, max $230 per week. I am vegetarian and a non-smoker, would prefer a quiet house with female flatmates. Close to the city campus or a bus route would be best. Please send me a message if you have a room or know of one. Thank you!
