Looking for a single room in Clayton, VIC

Hi! I'm starting my Master of Public Health at Monash in Semester 1 and I also have a work placement next year, so I'm looking for a room in Clayton that's easy to get to both from. Own bathroom please, budget is $350 pw. Happy to sign a 12 month lease. Text me here if you have a room coming up in Feb!
