Looking for a single room in Newark, NJ

Hello! My daughter is transferring to NJIT for the spring semester (starting January) and we're trying to get her housing sorted before the holidays. 📍 Newark, close to NJIT 💰 Budget: $900/month 🚗 She has a car, so off-street parking would be a big plus 🛁 Sharing a bathroom is fine She's studying civil engineering, very responsible and tidy, and she could move in earlier if a room is ready. Please send me a message if you have something — thank you so much!
