Looking for a single room in Auckland

Kia ora, I'm a third year at the University of Auckland looking for a new flat - my current one in Mt Eden is being sold so we've all got to be out. Looking for: 📍 Mt Eden, Kingsland, Grafton or Newmarket 💰 Up to $320 pw 🏠 Private room 🚗 Ideally off-street parking for my car I'm tidy, cook a lot and like a flat that has dinner together sometimes. Not a big partier during the week. Please DM me if you have a room coming up!
