Clean private room near NEU

I live in a 2BR apartment 10 min walk from Northeastern. Private room is furnished, has AC, and shares a bathroom with one other person. Kitchen is veg-only (no meat/eggs). Looking for a clean, quiet roommate who respects the kitchen rules. No smoking, no pets.
