Looking for a single room in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty

Hello everyone 🙏 Me and two friends just arrived in Tauranga for Toi Ohomai and we are looking for a house or flat we can share. - Private rooms, one each - Budget: $230 per week each - Move in: 12 September or soon after - All three of us vegetarian, non-smokers, no parties - Near Windermere campus or on a bus route We are staying in a backpackers at the moment so even a short notice place is fine.
