Looking for a single room in Newark, NJ

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a room in Newark or East Newark, preferably walking distance to Newark Penn or the Harrison PATH. • Budget: $1150/month • Can move in right away • Non-smoker, I cook non-veg at home • Female, 28, working full time I'd prefer a female or family household. Quiet, clean and usually out during the day. Please DM me if you have something available. Thanks!
