Looking for a single room in Hamilton, ON

Hi, I started a postgrad certificate at Mohawk this September and I'm currently commuting from my aunt's place in Grimsby, which isn't sustainable. Looking for a private bedroom in Hamilton, budget $800. Non-smoker, pretty quiet, I'll mostly be at school or at my part-time job. Upper Mountain or anywhere along the Upper James buses would be ideal.
