Looking for a single room in Toronto, ON

Posting for a friend who's transferring to York for the winter semester (January 2027). He's searching for a private room, budget about $1100. He's vegetarian and super chill, mostly studies and goes to the gym. Anywhere on the subway line near Keele campus would work. Message me and I'll connect you.
