Looking for a single room in Edmonton, AB

Hey everyone, my friend and I are looking for 2 rooms in the same house, starting November 7. Edmonton north side or St. Albert. My budget is $950. I work full time and can move as soon as it's ready. We're both easygoing and clean. Close to the Metro Line LRT would be a bonus. Please text me here!
