Looking for a shared room in New Westminster, BC

Hi everyone, I'm starting at Douglas College in September 2027 and planning ahead because I've heard the Lower Mainland is tough for rentals. Looking for a bed space in a shared room in New Westminster close to the SkyTrain, budget $600. I'm vegetarian and a non-smoker. I've worked for a few years back home so I'm used to sharing and keeping things clean. Please message me if you know of anything coming up.
