Looking for a single room in Auckland

Hello all, I got my admission at Unitec for the Master of Applied Practice and will arrive in Auckland end of January for the February intake. I am looking for a room around Mt Albert, Point Chevalier or anywhere with a direct bus to the campus. My budget is $220 per week, bills included would be very helpful.
