Looking for a single room in Clovelly Park, SA

Hello everyone, I am posting for my younger sister who is coming to Flinders Uni for her Masters in February 2027. She is looking for a room near Clovelly Park, Marion or close to the Flinders line. Her budget is $240 per week. She is quiet, non smoker and very tidy. She can stay with me for the first week so no rush, but would love something sorted before she arrives. Please send me a message 🙏
