Need roommate for my 2BR near BU

I live in a 2BR apartment 5 min walk from BU central campus. Room is private, furnished, and has its own bathroom. Kitchen is all-food. Looking for a female roommate who's clean, respectful, and okay with my cat (she's friendly). No smoking, no parties.
