Looking for a single room in Parkville, VIC

Hi all! I'm moving down for Semester 1 to start my Masters at UniMelb and looking for a room in Parkville or close by, somewhere I can walk or catch the 19 tram. Ensuite would be a big plus. Budget is about $350 a week. I'm pretty easygoing, work part time and like a calm house during the week. Starting in Feb so happy to lock something in early.
