Looking for a single room in Long Beach, CA

Hey everyone! 😊 I got into CSULB for spring 2027 and I'm looking for a place starting in January. 🏠 Private room with my own bathroom (ensuite) 💰 Budget: $1300/mo 📍 Belmont Shore, Los Altos, or anywhere close to campus I'm a non-smoker, pretty clean, love the beach and coffee shops. Would be great to live with other students. Message me if you have something!
