Looking for a single room in Kelowna, BC

Res is not for me. In need of a private room near UBCO, ideally Glenmore or Rutland or anywhere on the 97 bus. My budget is only $550 so I know it's tight for Kelowna, but even a small room in a shared house would work. Non-smoker, I'm out riding most weekends.
