Looking for a single room in Los Angeles, CA

Hey all — moving to LA for a new job (working at a production studio in Culver City) and looking for a place starting Sept 29th. Roughly what I want: - Private room in a house or apartment - Culver City, Palms or anywhere near USC/Exposition Park - Budget up to $1950/mo - Parking spot would be great, I have a car I'm 30-ish, work normal hours, go to the gym after work and am pretty social but respect quiet hours. Not a big partier. Shoot me a message if you have something!
