Looking for a single room in Toronto, ON

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm looking for a single room with my own bathroom in Etobicoke (Toronto) starting October 15. 💰 Budget: $1250/month 🚗 I have a car, so I'd need parking 🚭 Non-smoker I work full time at a dental clinic near Humber College, so somewhere in that area would be perfect. I'm tidy, friendly but pretty low-key during the week. My current lease is up mid-October. Please text me here if you have something available!
