Looking for a shared room in Ithaca, NY

Posting on behalf of my friend who's coming to Cornell in January (transferring in) and doesn't have an account here. She's looking for a sharing room, the cheaper the better — she's thinking around $300 which I know is tight for Ithaca, so a shared room in a bigger house is perfect.
