Looking for a single room in Westmead, NSW

Hello everyone 🙏 I and 2 of my friends are coming to Western Sydney University (Parramatta) for our Masters in February 2027 (Semester 1). We are looking for rooms in Westmead, close to the station so we can go to campus easily. • Private rooms preferred, happy to share bathroom • Budget: around $300 per week per person • All 3 of us are vegetarian, non smoking, non drinking • Long term (minimum 1 year) If you have a house where 2 or 3 rooms are free together that would be perfect. Please message me, thank you.
