Looking for a single room in Windsor, ON

Namaste everyone. My friend and I are coming to St. Clair College for the January 2027 intake. We are looking for two private rooms in the same house, around Windsor or LaSalle near the college. Budget $900 each. We are non-smokers and we cook our own food (non-veg). Please let me know if you have anything available, thank you.
