Looking for a single room in Atlanta, GA

Hello all — I started the MPA program at Georgia State this fall and I'm looking for a single room in Atlanta. Right now I'm commuting from a friend's place outside the perimeter and it's not sustainable. Looking for: • Private room • Budget: $800 • Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Midtown or close to downtown • I have a car, so parking would be a plus About me: 27, Army vet, non-smoker, early riser, gym most mornings.
