Looking for a single room in Ann Arbor, MI

Looking for a private room in Ann Arbor, my roommate is moving out and I can't cover the whole place alone. Max $1100. Non-smoker, I have my own car. Would like somewhere near Kerrytown or the Old West Side but open to anything on a bus line.
