Looking for a single room in Auckland

Posting for my daughter who starts at MIT in February 2027. We're moving down from Kaitaia so she needs a room near the Manukau campus, ideally with other girls who are studying too. Private room, around $270 pw, happy to share a bathroom. She's a non smoker, very sensible and works part time at a café. Please message me if you have a room available. Thank you!
