Looking for a single room in Raleigh, NC

Me and one of my friends are both looking for rooms for next semester since our house near Hillsborough St is getting sold. We'd love to stay together but can split up if needed. Each of us is looking at about $800 for a private room. We're both seniors, chill, not big partiers. DM me if you have 2 rooms open!
