Looking for a single room in Bateman, WA

Hey everyone! I've landed an internship for next year and I'm back at Murdoch for Semester 1, so I'm after a room close to uni. What I'm looking for: - private room in a share house - Bateman, Kardinya or around there - $260 a week - long term if possible About me: 22, play Sunday league soccer, cook a decent stir fry, keep my stuff clean. Not after a party house but also not a ghost. Let me know if you have anything!
