Looking for a single room in Pittsburgh, PA

Hi! I'm 18 and studying at Pitt, and the room I booked fell through, so I need a private room from around September 29. Budget $750. Ideally Oakland, Shadyside or anywhere on a bus line to campus. I'm tidy and pretty easygoing.
