Looking for a single room in Dunedin, Otago

Hey, first year at Otago and leaving the hall at the end of the year, so I need a room in a flat for next year. Ideally North Dunedin or somewhere I can walk to uni from. Private room, up to $200 pw. Pretty tidy and happy to go on the cooking roster.
