Looking for a shared room in Footscray, VIC

Hello! I'm 18 and I'll be starting my Bachelor at RMIT in July 2027 (Semester 2). I'm looking for a shared room in Footscray or Carlton, budget around $200 per week. I don't smoke, I'm quiet and I'd really like to live with other female students. My parents will come for inspection if needed. Thank you!
