Looking for a single room in Gainesville, FL

My boyfriend and I are looking for a room (or anything for two people) in Gainesville starting Oct 31 when our current lease ends. We can do up to $1,150 together. Both work full time, no pets right now, very clean. Ideally somewhere off Archer Rd or close to Butler Plaza but open to other areas.
