Looking for a single room in Toronto, ON

Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a room or small place together close to TMU. We've been commuting from Barrie and it's killing us lol. Budget is $1175 for the room. I have a car but honestly would love to be near the subway so I can stop driving downtown. We're both quiet and super clean.
