Looking for a single room in Palmerston North, Manawatū-Whanganui

Hi, I'm a vet student at Massey heading into third year and looking for a room for the new year. Hokowhitu or anywhere on the bus route out to Turitea would be ideal. Private room, up to $250 pw. Non-smoker, tidy, usually buried in study.
