Looking for a single room in Halifax, NS

Looking for a single room in the South End or anywhere walkable to Saint Mary's. My current place fell through last minute (landlord's selling), so I can move in right away. Ideally my own bathroom. Budget is $700. I have a car so a spot to park would be great but not a dealbreaker. Quiet grad student, mostly at the library or working on my thesis.
