Looking for a single room in Surrey, BC

Hello! I'm an exchange student coming to KPU Surrey for the January 2027 semester. I'm trying to find a room for around 4 months. What I'm looking for: - Private room near KPU Surrey or close to SkyTrain - Budget $800 - Furnished would be really helpful since I'm only staying one semester I eat non-veg and I like cooking, I'm tidy and respectful. My English is ok, happy to chat by message. Thank you!
