Looking for a single room in Brookhaven, NY

Hi, I got my admit for Spring 2027 at Stony Brook and I am searching for a private room. My budget is $1200. Prefer a place with female roommates and close to the bus to campus. I am a non-smoker. Please let me know if any room is available, thank you.
