Looking for a single room in Hamilton, Waikato

Hi, I'm posting for my son, who is 21 and starting summer study at the University of Waikato in November. He's after a room in a flat in Hillcrest or nearby, own bathroom if possible, up to $250 pw. He's a non-smoker, has his own car and is a tidy, reliable young fella. Please message me if you have anything suitable.
