Looking for a single room in Ames, IA

Assalam o alaikum and hello everyone. I will be joining Iowa State in January 2027 for MS in Mechanical Engineering. I am searching for a private room in Ames, preferably close to campus or near a bus stop. My budget is $700. If anyone has a room available from January please let me know.
