Looking for a single room in Kitchener, ON

Hi! My boyfriend and I are both at Conestoga this fall and our temporary Airbnb ends soon. We're hunting for a room (or basement unit) in Kitchener or Cambridge, budget $1350. We don't smoke, we're quiet, and we mostly cook at home. Close to the Doon campus or the ION would be great.
