Looking for a single room in Washington, DC

Me and a buddy are both transferring to GW for spring semester and looking for rooms in the same place, ideally a house or apartment with a couple open rooms. Around $1200 each. I've got a car. Anywhere in DC that's a reasonable commute to Foggy Bottom works.
