Looking for a single room in Moncton, NB

Hi everyone, posting for my younger brother. He's starting at NBCC Moncton in the May 2027 intake and we want to sort his place out early. He needs a private room with his own washroom, budget is $800 a month. He'll have a car so Dieppe or anywhere in Moncton works. He eats non-veg, keeps things tidy and is pretty quiet. Please send me a message if you have something coming up in spring.
