Looking for a single room in Edmonton, AB

Hey all, Second year MSc at UAlberta here. My lease near Whyte Ave is ending and the landlord is selling, so I'm looking for a new spot. - Private room, would prefer my own bathroom - Budget: $900/mo - Garneau, Strathcona, or anywhere close to campus - Non-smoker, quiet, I'm at the lab most of the day Happy to sign a longer lease if it's the right place. Send me a message!
